Important: POWER OT FARMS operates a NO-REFUND POLICY. However, we do offer warranty and replacement services under specific conditions as outlined below.

Overview

We offer fair usage Warranty service, limited in nature, for some products. The duration of warranty differs from product to product and is specified in the product description at the time of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

What the Warranty Covers

  • The Warranty (or Limited Warranty) applies to physical goods only.
  • The Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use (as determined by us upon investigation).
  • The Warranty does NOT cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, neglect, or mishandling.
  • The Warranty does NOT cover conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Period

The Warranty Period varies by product. Please check the product description for the specific warranty duration for your purchased item.

Warranty Service Process

Step 1: Inspection Upon Delivery

You agree that you will, within one week after purchase, inspect a product bought from POWER OT FARMS to determine if it is defective before putting such product to use. After this one-week inspection period, the product will not be liable for replacement.

Step 2: Reporting Defects

If during inspection you discover that the product is defective, you must quickly notify us and return the product to POWER OT FARMS in good condition and with its original package for a replacement.

Step 3: Replacement Process

  • Replacement of a product can only be done within a maximum of one week after purchase, and only when the product returned is in the same condition as when it was purchased.
  • The product must be in its original package.
  • The product must show no signs of use or damage beyond manufacturing defects.

Step 4: Warranty Service After One Week

A product that has exceeded one week of purchase but is still within the stated Warranty Period can only be refurbished by us if it is determined, exclusively by us, that:

  • Your usage of such product was normal;
  • The product became defective due to defects in material or workmanship;
  • The product was returned in good condition and in its original package.

Step 5: Repair or Replacement

During the Warranty Period, we shall repair or replace, at no charge to you, applicable products or parts of such product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship.

Transportation Costs

You agree that, whereas we shall repair or replace applicable products under Warranty at no cost to you, you will be responsible for bringing and taking back such product, or bear the cost of transporting the product to POWER OT FARMS and back to you.

Our Rights

You agree that we reserve the right to take any action whatsoever that we find necessary towards resolving any issue with you regarding the warranty service, and that you will not hold us liable for any loss on your part resulting from the action we have taken.

You agree that we reserve the exclusive right to interpret the terms stated here in case of any conflict or ambiguity.

Product-Specific Warranty Terms

You agree that you will abide by any other warranty condition that may be stated on the product description.

No Refunds

Please note that POWER OT FARMS operates a NO-REFUND policy. This means:

  • Monetary refunds are not issued for any reason.
  • Only repair or replacement services are available under warranty.
  • If a product cannot be repaired or replaced, no refund will be provided.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following items are NOT covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use
  • Damage caused by accidents or mishandling
  • Damage caused by neglect or inadequate maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products used beyond their normal intended purpose
  • Damage from external causes (weather, water, fire, etc.)
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons
