POWER OT FARMS is committed to ensuring your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping terms, delivery timeframes, and related information.

Service Area

We currently offer shipping and delivery services within Ghana. We are expanding our service area and will provide updates on international shipping in the future.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days within Ghana
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days within Ghana
  • Custom Arrangements: For large or special orders, custom shipping can be arranged based on your requirements

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location (urban, suburban, or remote areas)
  • Selected shipping method (standard or express)

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Some orders may qualify for free shipping - details will be provided at checkout.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. POWER OT FARMS is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

We can only deliver to addresses in Ghana. Post office boxes may not be accepted for certain products. Delivery to commercial addresses or residential addresses must be clearly specified.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Factors that may affect delivery include:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic and road conditions
  • Public holidays and special events
  • Customs clearance (if applicable)
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Updates will be provided at key stages of delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will attempt to deliver the package again or contact you with alternative delivery options. Packages cannot be held indefinitely, and customers are responsible for arranging timely receipt of deliveries.

Damage During Shipping

We take great care in packaging all items to minimize damage during transit. However, occasionally packages may arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photos
  2. Contact us immediately at contact@powerotfarms.com
  3. Do not discard the damaged package or packaging
  4. Provide your order number and evidence of damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or other solutions in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information for delivery status

  3. We will investigate and work with shipping partners to locate your package
  4. If the package cannot be located, we will provide a replacement or resolve the issue

Recipient Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete delivery address information
  • Being available to receive deliveries at the specified address
  • Inspecting packages upon receipt for damage
  • Reporting any issues immediately
  • Ensuring someone is available to sign for deliveries if required

Special Orders and Large Items

For large orders or special items (such as tarpaulin tanks, large equipment, or bulk orders), custom shipping arrangements may be required. Please contact us at contact@powerotfarms.com to discuss your specific shipping needs.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Ghana. We are working to expand our international shipping capabilities. Please check back for updates on availability of international shipping.

Liability

POWER OT FARMS is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, etc.)
  • Damage caused by carrier mishandling (covered by carrier insurance)
  • Theft or loss after delivery if the package was left unattended
  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
